• Brian Frank

    Brian Frank has a background in building great technology companies. For the past 5 years, Brian has been advising and working for technology startups across a wide spectrum of industries (Cameo, Principles: A Ray Dalio Company, Flexport, Procore, DocuSign).

    Prior to that, Brian led Global Operations at LinkedIn, helping meaningfully grow revenues and create a values-driven culture during a ten year period.

    Prior to LinkedIn, Mr. Frank spent ten years at Ariba, an enterprise software company, serving first as Associate General Counsel, then Regional Chief Financial Officer and subsequently General Manager, Contract Management Solution.

    Brian started his career as an environmental lawyer. Brian holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego, magna cum laude, and a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in California.

    Brian brings executive leadership experience in the technology industry, broad business acumen across multiple functions, and a passion for learning and building great teams and businesses.

  • Milan Young

    Milan Young

    Milan is both an engineer and farmer.  He founded farm-hand AI after seeing the need for automation on his own farm and those of his Oregon neighbors. 

    Milan graduated with a BSE in CS from the University of Pennsylvania.  He went on to become a Principal Architect of speech software at Nuance Communications (the team that built the speech recognition abilities in Siri). 

    Milan then led the machine-learning platform and cyber security teams at Bridgewater Financial.  He also holds a Graduate Certificate in Statistics and Data Science from MIT.

    Milan’s expertise across hardware, software, fabrication and farming offers a unique perspective on the challenges and solutions that are transforming agriculture today.

  • Subir Mansukhani

    Subir is a data science leader, with a strong track record of developing and launching novel AI,ML first products in the North American and Indian market.

    After his graduate studies at Chalmers University, Sweden; Subir was part of the founding team at MuSigma R&D Labs where he led and grew the team working on real time systems and unstructured data. 

    He then founded and led the team at Khosla Labs that built a no-code fintech Machine Learning platform targeted at novice practitioners and business analysts. Post this, Subir started and grew the India office for Domino Data Lab which focuses on new product development for Domino’s enterprise MLOps platform.

    Subir brings deep experience in AI,ML algorithms and product development along with leading, growing teams that help unleash the power of innovative AI models to transform business. 

  • Ivan McCracken

    Ivan is a veteran of mechanical design and manufacturing.

    Starting his professional career at Xerox, Ivan gained a reputation for pairing design with fabrication sensibilities, eventually leading system architect for print heads. Eight years later he accepted the role of senior mechanical designer on the Microsoft Surface team, where he led subsystem integration for the first Surface Pro. His tenure at Microsoft gave him opportunity to remain deep technically and develop relationships with manufacturers across Asia.

    Ivan was next tapped to build-out a new hardware division for Valve, the game platform provider. He put together a capable team across a range of disciplines including mechanical, electrical, software and manufacturing to produce the company's first self-branded virtual reality headset, now recognized as the industry benchmark.

    Ivan's experience in manufacturing and track record of transforming concept to physical reality position him as a global leader in product development. He holds a BS in Plastics Engineering from Penn State and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State.

  • Ricky Riedl

    Ricky leads our mechanical computer aided design and manufacturing.

    Ricky has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University– San Luis Obispo where he enjoyed working at the machine shop and learning about manufacturing. Ricky went on to work at a machine shop in Silicon Valley as a design engineer helping to build production tooling and fixturing. After a few years, he transferred to a machine tool builder where he learned how to increase throughput and quality through lean manufacturing.

    Ricky’s experience in production and eagerness to learn are key to drive innovation and scalability in a startup robotics company.
